These student notes are short summaries of pertinent topics in geriatrics, specifically elaborating on common day-to-day conditions encountered in the field such as dementia, delirium, polypharmacy, and falls. There is also input from members of the multidisciplinary team, such as speech therapy, dietetics, and physiotherapy. The format is practical and easy to read. The content is structured to serve a spectrum of health care workers such as general practitioners, primary care workers, medical students, front-line workers, allied health care workers, and all other members of the geriatric multi-disciplinary team.
