We process and ship orders within the turnaround time specified on the product pages. Below is a general guideline:

• Stock held on our premises: 1–2 working days
• Print-on-demand products: 5–7 working days (includes processing, printing, and packaging)
• Stock held by vendors: 7–10 working days (includes receiving stock before shipping)

Payment Tip:

• Credit/Debit Card & Instant EFT – Orders are processed immediately.
• EFT & Direct Deposit – Orders are processed only after proof of payment is received.

FAQs: Delivery Weight Thresholds

Orders exceeding our shipping weight limits will fail at checkout. If this happens, please email us for a custom delivery quote. Allow 1–2 working days for us to calculate shipping costs.

• Within South Africa: Max 10kg
• To the UK: Max 2kg

You can view delivery costs by clicking View Basket or checking below. If multiple options are available at Checkout, select your preferred delivery method, and the total will update.

All goods will be delivered together under the one delivery cost, unless the weight threshold has been exceeded (see Delivery Weight Thresholds above).

Deliveries Within South Africa

• Major Cities (max 5kg): R75–R85
• Outlying Areas (max 5kg): R110
• Outlying Areas – Economy (max 5kg): R75 (adds 5–7 business days)
• Collect from Table View, Cape Town – Free: We’ll notify you when your parcel is ready for collection.

International Delivery – UK

• With Tracking: 20–40 working days (registered parcel, insurance included).
  Without Tracking: Currently unavailable due to shipping delays.

International Shipping Suspended Until Further Notice
We are unable to ship to Europe, USA, Canada, Australia, UAE, or Southern Africa (Namibia, Botswana, Swaziland).
